Our Instructors
The instructors at Zentokan Dojo train extensively with senior teachers throughout the United States and Japan.
Each of our instructors deepens their training by pursuing related studies like nihonto (日本刀 / traditionally-made Japanese swords), Japanese language (日本語 ), and shodo (書道 / calligraphy), and some of us hold rank in complementary budo like Aikido (合気道). Our instructors have also won prizes in major American and Japanese tournaments.
